Return Policy:

 

Advanced return authorization required. To obtain an RMA code, please call our Customer Service Department Toll Free: 1-800-461-1370. Any merchandise returned without approval may be subjected to denial of credit at the discretion of Supreme Medical. Customer will receive 100% credit, and no charge for unopened and saleable returns reported within 48 hours of receipt, or returns for damaged goods noted upon receipt of delivery. The above-mentioned "credit" applies only to the customer's cost of the item being returned, and excludes all freight associated with the original shipment of the item. If the customer fails to file for a return within 48 hours of receipt of their order, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied up to 30 days at Supreme Medical's discretion, and shall be a prorated fee thereafter. Supreme Medical will only accept products returned within 6 months from the date of customer's purchase. Merchandise must be returned within ten (10) working days from the date the Return Merchandise Authorization number is issued. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging, and subject to inspection by Supreme Medical. No credit will be issued for an item that is determined cannot be resold. Special Order Items are non-returnable. Credit will be issued promptly upon inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.
