The GoodKnight 420E Auto-CPAP model records up to 200 sessions of compliance data and includes other features of the 420S model. The auto-CPAP function automatically adapts to airway pressure needs:

• Detects apneas with and without cardiac oscillations to avoid increasing pressure on central apneas with open airways.
• Detects inspiratory flow limitation with and without hypopnea to adapt to pressure needs and avoid increasing pressure on central hypopneas.
• Detects and responds to snoring events.

The GoodKnight 420S model includes compliance tracking software that records up to 600 sessions of date/time usage data. It also detects persistent residual apnea, hypopnea and snoring events that occur at set-pressure, allowing appropriate adjustments to therapy.
